2021 Parade of Homes with Virtual Tours
The Spring 2021 Parade of Homes features three Mariposa homes this year. The event, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, takes place April 23-25 and April 30-May 2, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The Virtual Tour is open 24/7. The Parade of Homes serves to provide a view of exciting new home projects that are available in the Albuquerque area.
Mariposa has three homes entered this spring, including the DR Horton Homes Jemez Vista model, the Hakes Brothers Mariposa Estate model and the Twilight Homes M model.
Since 1990, the Parade of Homes has given builders and the Albuquerque public the chance to interact while viewing spectacular new and remodeled homes. The Parade of Homes is self-guided and gives participants the chance to choose which houses to visit which range in location from Rio Rancho to the East Mountain area. The Parade features a mix of custom builders, production builders and remodelers.
During this time, community wellbeing is a top priority. Safety guidelines for employees and customers, including social distancing and masks, will be observed. Details are listed here.
