New Mariposa Community Manager Heather Pithan
CCMC announces Heather Pithan as the new community manager of Mariposa, a premier master-planned community in Northern New Mexico. An Albuquerque native, Heather brings 10 years of experience in community association management to her new role. She most recently served as the onsite community manager for a large condominium community in Albuquerque.
“We are very excited for Heather to join CCMC as the community manager for Mariposa,” said Kevin Hearty, CCMC Vice President, Community Operations. “I am confident that her experience and leadership will make her an excellent fit for Mariposa.”
In her new role, Pithan plans to proactively advance community participation so that all residents have the opportunity to make new connections. To aid in the success of this goal, she will work to create a transparent and collaborative atmosphere for her team, the residents, and the board.
“I am so excited and looking forward to being a part of the Mariposa community,” Pithan said.
Pithan said there is much to appreciate at Mariposa.
“I love the nature and beauty of Mariposa and I am very excited to watch the community develop and grow in so many aspects, plus getting to know the residents, the heart of the community.”
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family. With six grandchildren that reside in Albuquerque, her social calendar is often filled, creating new memories. She also likes spending time with her dogs and working on her home.
“I have lived several different places, including Minnesota, Arizona and Florida, yet I always come back home to New Mexico,” Pithan said. “I love it here and I am here to stay.”
Her first priority as the new community manager?
“Getting to know the community members,” Pithan said. “I love to hear how happy they are living and calling Mariposa their home. I am so excited to see how the community develops. What a great experience to be a part of.”
