LEED- Certified Commercial Building at Mariposa Acquired by Westway Homes

Westway Homes has acquired a commercial building at 2500 Mariposa Parkway, within Mariposa. The commercial property is 60,000 square feet and is located at 2500 Mariposa Parkway. President of Westway Homes Mike Fietz said the building will address the needs of the community, helping spark economic development in the area. Fietz said the building will be multi-purpose and will house both office and retail tenants. The company invested in the property to help build a local presence in the community. Westway Homes hopes the acquisition will help escalate the process to begin developing homes in the area later this year, Fietz said.
