MARIPOSA’S NEW COHERE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNITY BUILDING

Within months of Cohere taking over as Mariposa’s community management company, the neighborhood saw its highest-attended board meeting in history. This level of resident engagement is at the heart of everything Cohere brings to a community.
Cohere is an organization that understands the intrinsic value of fostering deep community ties. When residents feel a sense of belonging and actively participate in the life of their neighborhood, they not only uphold the values and principles that define these special places but also contribute to the flourishing of property and home values.

When Mariposa selected Cohere, it brought on board Fran Pawlak (right, in photo) as Executive Director to spearhead Mariposa’s association management and community life.
“I align with everything Cohere brings to a community – engagement, communication, and education,” Fran says. “That’s what I share with the homeowners. And that’s why I’m so happy to be here.”

Cohere began leading community management efforts on Sept. 1, 2024. Fran officially joined the Mariposa Community Life team on Oct. 4, 2024. She adds more than 20 years of experience to the team, including credentials from CAI and CAMICB in community management – CMCA, AMS, PCAM.
Fran’s leadership style prioritizes the needs of the Mariposa community and its homeowners through building quality relationships. She is no stranger to New Mexico having previously lived in Taos and Albuquerque, where she still has many friends and family.
Also on the team is Roe Chabala (left, in photo), Community Operations Manager. Roe brings with her more than 15 years of experience in association management. A native of the East Coast, she began her career in customer service management before transitioning to association management. Roe specializes in fostering connections and ensuring seamless experiences for clients and colleagues. She relocated to New Mexico in 2018.
Rounding out the team are Randi Bressler, Engagement and Communications Manager, and Ambassadors Katrina Lasko, Pauline Aryafar, and Stephan Meza.
