New Mariposa Community Manager Stevie Lopez
Mariposa is thrilled to announce the newest addition to its team, Stevie Lopez. With an impressive 18-year background in property management, Stevie brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for community development to Mariposa.
Stevie’s journey in property management began as a leasing agent and evolved into a co-manager position.
When asked about the inspiration behind pursuing a career in community development, Stevie shared, “Despite having a plethora of career options, my heart always gravitated towards community management. It became evident to me that this is my true passion and I chose to dedicate my career to it.”
In her new position as community manager, Stevie is responsible for overseeing Mariposa’s day-to-day operations, including managing the community’s finances, enforcing rules and regulations and addressing resident concerns. She also works with the HOA Board of Directors to create and implement policies, manage maintenance and repairs and organize community events.
What has captured Stevie’s heart about Mariposa? The resident’s passion and dedication to making their community the best it can be.

Beyond the realm of community management, Stevie indulges in various activities for fun. Music takes center stage as Stevie shares, “I love singing; music is my number one passion.”
