Parade of Homes Adds Virtual Tours to Annual Event
The Spring 2020 Parade of Homes, sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico, will take place June 5-7 and June 12-14, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. A new feature this year is the Virtual Tour, open 24/7. The Parade of Homes serves to provide a view of exciting new home projects that are available in the Albuquerque area.
During this time, community well-being is a top priority. Safety guidelines for employees and home buyers, including social distancing and masks, will be observed. Details are listed here.
Mariposa has two homes entered, including Twilight Homes’ Sierra Vista model and ECOterra’s recently built estate lot home in Ridgeline Estates. The ECOterra home will only be available to view virtually or by appointment only.
Since 1990, the Parade of Homes has given builders and the Albuquerque public the chance to interact while viewing spectacular new and remodeled homes. The Parade of Homes is self-guided and gives participants the chance to choose which houses to visit. They range in location from Rio Rancho to the East Mountain area. Within the Parade, there are a mix of custom builders, production builders and remodelers.
