Richmond American Homes to Begin Presales for Mariposa March 2023
Eight Floor Plan Options will be Available in Rio Rancho Master-Planned Community’s Newest Neighborhood Outside Albuquerque
Harvard Investments, the developer of the Rio Rancho, NM master planned community named Mariposa, announces Richmond American Homes (RAH) is beginning presales in Mariposa in March 2023. Richmond American Homes new neighborhood, known as Seasons at Monarch offers eight different floor plans for its single-family homesites.
Seasons at Monarch features both single-story ranch and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,590 to 2,630 square feet with three to six-bedroom options. Two of the anticipated floor plans are part of Richmond’s UltraGarage® line. This is an incredibly desirable offering for outdoor-loving, adventure-seeking Mariposa residents. UltraGarage® is an attached, extra-tall garage designed to house a range of vehicles. Floor plans that offer this feature also have traditional garage bays for everyday vehicles.

Seasons at Monarch home sales are currently set to begin in mid-March 2023 with two model homes expected to be completed in early summer 2023.
